Winter white salad

One of my favorite winter salads is in the February issue of Food and Wine...Fennel and Grapefruit. I also make a version with arugula, toasted pine nuts, thinly sliced fennel and bits of pink grapefruit and toss with a squeeze of lemon and good olive oil...
